This was my first time needing repairs on a vehicle and I was very nervous. I was exceptionally pleased from the start of the process. Everyone at Modern Auto Body made the experience so easy. When my car was returned I was even more impressed, they did such a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them to everyone needing repairs on their vehicle. Where to begin with this place! The service provided by Modern Auto Body was exceptional. They were so friendly and had great communication from the get go. Setting up a consultation was easy, they were quick and realistic with prices. They made working with my insurance easy as pie. Once I had brought in my car for work they gave me near daily updates, and worked with my rental car and insurance company to make sure I was covered! They totally went above and beyond as far as customer service, and a huge shout out to Jen up front she was as a dream to communicate with! The cherry on top is my car looks phenomenal, the work is seamless and looks like I just drove the car off the lot! If I could give Modern Auto Body 100 stars, I would as they earned every single one!

I would highly recommend Modern Auto Body! Customer service was exceptional. Everyone was very nice! The repair done on my Cadillac Escalade, when finished, looked good as new! Repair was done on time when they said it would be done! I am very pleased with the service they provided!!
