502 Towing & Recovery

I would give them 6 out of 5 starts if I could. I had a car accident in the single digit, snow-filled, end of January. 502 Towing and Recovery was the only towing company that was willing to get my car off of the busy 65 while it was surrounded by frozen ice pushed off in the emergency lane. Their best quality was the customer service. Shout out to Holly, Logan, and Kim for all of your help!! Holly helped me work with the insurance adjusters on this accident. Kim was a guide to helping me get the logistics of this sorted. Logan went the extra mile and let me in the tow yard to get the remaining items out of my vehicle. Thanks again 502 Towing. Hopefully, I won't need my future vehicle recovered, but if I do, you'll have my business!!

Great service. Used them before will again. Fast, friendly, versatile equipment that meets my needs. Plus the drivers always call and check in to let you know how far they are

I truly wish I could give a million stars. This is by far the best people and company I've EVER encountered, from Dispatch to Owner and all inbetween! I was traveling from Colorado going to Kentucky for a work assignment. I was driving with a packed vehicle including my prized possessions, my boys. My boys are 15 year old Duke and 7 year old Bowie both 100 pd + long haired, German Shepard, and Shepard mix, and just had serviced, my 2020 Chevy Suburban. My car engine blew Friday around 1300 CST while on the road, about 5 hours outside of KY in Warrenton, MO. I was stranded by my vehicle for four hours (luckily in a safe spot). Left my vehicle at 1700 and rode in the back of a pick up truck w/ my dogs to a cheesy urine smelling Super 8 in a scorching heat advisory. Called EVERYWHERE, and cou

Called them up and after a short phone call they were here in 15 minutes. Pretty amazed by the speed and even gave a discount for the tow! Highly recommended.

I own a shop and these people where given specifically detailed instructions where to drop the vehicle... Instead they blocked my whole drive way with a car that dont start or move...I have no help to push the car so I have to shut down for the day! Good job!!!! If u need a car dropped off and put in a specific location they dont care! Dont use this business...Plus u cant contact them if u have a problem! Just sad and super unprofessional! THE WORST PART IS THEY ARE LOCATED 1MIN UP THE STREET FROM MY SHOP!
