Bernie was being professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in his all the work for different cars/models. I went to him for my Nissan Rogue 2022 car. One of the Nissan Service Center gave me estimate of 3000$ for few parts and performance issues in my car. Then I decided to visit Bernie for his reviews, he listened me , understood, inspected & diagnosed and fixed the car. Moreover Bernie didn't charge the money because of my faith & believe and for good customer satisfaction. Even I was not new customer for them. Me & my friends visit this store for any issues. That's highly appreciable thing he did to make the future customers. Their service center is always neat and clean, well behaving staff. Thanks Bernie !

Update: 5th Street Lube & Tune has worked on four of my cars and each time was nothing but great outcomes. Great repair work as they were able to pinpoint the problem everytime. Came here after Firestone quoted me $95 just to change a tail light (insane). Alex was my mechanic and he was super nice, professional, and had everything done in about 5 minutes. He didn’t even charge me. You really don’t find customer service like this anymore. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my future car repairs. Highly recommend asking for Alex.There also was a very nice lady there I didn’t catch her name.
