65 South Service (Car Quest)

Yesterday we were traveling on I-65 and our water pump locked up on our truck. Wrecker service towed the vehicle to Greenville and recommended that I take it to I 65 South/ Carquest. I called them the next morning at 7am and Mike said they could take care of it and bring it on in! This place is very clean and well managed. Mike and the service manager were friendly and helpful. They gave me a complete estimate to include replacing the belts which were soaked by the antifreeze. By 11am I was back on the road and had no issues for the rest of our journey home! I would recommend using I 65 South at Carquest in Greenville to anyone. Very pleased!!

Courteous, competent and trustworthy, can wholeheartedly recommend them. I came with my European-spec Land Cruiser and my own parts, and they installed for a fair price. They were also kind enough to drive me back - saving me an hour-long walk in the cold - and even picked me up the next day. They made sure the work was done quickly, as a unique snow storm was about to descend on Alabama and I had to continue my journey the next day. Exactly the same story. I was quoted $95.00 for an alignment and dropped my truck off. Called me about an hour later and told me it would be $1200.00. I had just changed the rack and pinion and the steering wheel was not centered which is why I sought an alignment. There was nothing wrong with my ball joints and tie rod ends. It's called up selling. Suckers beware!

65 West is the best Auto Service shop in Greenville Alabama. We were traveling from Texas to Virginia when our vehicle broke down and would not start after stopping at a local rest area. It was recommended to us that we have our vehicle towed to 65 West Auto for repairs. When we arrived I was meet by the service manager who assured us they would take care of our problem and get us back on the road. That was a great relief for us. When I went out to check on my vehicle they were already working on the repair. Turns out the starter went bad and they replaced it right away. WOW what a great group of people at 65 West Auto. In 4 hours or less from beginning to end we were back on the road. I can’t think them enough for their kindness they showed to both myself and my wife. I highly recommen

I recently experienced a mechanical issue with my vehicle on I-65 coming back home from Mobile. I got off at the nearest exit which was the Greenville Alabama exit. I was able to get to the Advance Auto where Wade was able to hook up the diagnostic tool and give us the codes. He spoke very highly of 65 Auto so I decided to go there first thing in the morning as it was Sunday and everything was closed. We arrived at 7 AM the next morning and were promptly helped by an extremely nice gentleman. We were 2 ladies traveling alone and I felt like they went out of their way to help us. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it so we could get back on the road to get home. The car did great the rest of the way home.
