I went to there a few days ago because I was having trouble with my car’s alarm system. The older lady in the place said “are you sure it isn’t stolen?” Never in my life have felt so disrespected.

I’m from North Alabama. We were traveling to Florida when I had truck issues. Stopped at this store and they had the parts I needed on top of that they loaned me the tools and let me work on it in the back lot. They also let me use hand cleaner and wash up when I was done. Everyone in the store was very helpful. Do to these people O’Reilly’s has won my business from here on.

Had car trouble on our way home from Gulf Shores. Stopped in here and Champ was extremely helpful. He ran the diagnostic and checked to make sure we were good to continue the trip.

The manager at this location went above and beyond to help correct a wrong from another O'Reilly location in Fairhope AL. The day before I had a new battery installed in preparation for a 5 hour trip out of town to receive and award at a gala. Upon my first stop on my drive the vehicle would not start. Fortunely AAA was called and they arived after about 50 mins. However he told me there was nothing that he could do. The bracket around the battery post was not tightened and it looked like there was a part missing. Needless to say the part was missing, as in gone but the manager at this location was able to manipulate it so that I could continue my drive. I was too late for my event. I was able to grab my recognition and I have not had any worries out of the battery since. Thank you!
