6th Street Car & Truck Wash

Change machines work bout half the times I go there. Vending machines are about the same, vend products about 50% of the time but takes your money 100%. No one around or available to speak to to report or resolve any issues. I've left notes but no contact. Vacuums are same, change gets jammed up, coin return don't work. Vacuums when operational work decently and fair amount of time. Recently they upgraded the car wash, now need to upgrade vending.

Charged my card twice but never turned on. Inserted cash and got 2-3 minutes worth. Tried calling merchant but the only number we could find is disconnected.

Beyond upset. Gave my car a wash for the first since purchasing it and the brushes scratched the heck out of my brand new vehicle. I saw the scratches on the hood and then inspected the car to find all the micro scratches through out the car. Employee was sympathetic cause he noticed the scratches to and apologized, checked the brushes and apologized again and said their were signs about not responsible for damages. We walked around the facility TOGETHER and there were no notifications. WASH YOUR VEHICLE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11 Dollars for like 4 Minutes to pressure wash the pick up, that is way too much. I will never come here again.

Took my money but didn’t give me a car wash. There the card readers can’t be trusted.
