My wife and I took our vehicle into Mark for a tranny service only to find out it was in need of a rebuild. Mark quoted a price and we asked him to do the job. He stayed in touch with us during the repair giving updates. Shortly after we got it back our CEL lite came on and Mark said "bring it in and I'll have a look to see what's up". He took a look and found out we had an electrical problem at the PCM no issues with the transmission. When asked what we owed he said "nothing". Not often these days you find a business or owner that do that. Mark is a great and honorable business man.

Stopped in Winnemucca with transmission problems… Luckily Mark was there on Monday and cured it! Super nice guy and very knowledgeable! Thanks so much for getting us back on the road!

Brought my 1970 C10 in for some leaks on the Turbo 350 transmission. Mark got it fixed in no time, adjusted the shift points and put the right speedometer gear in. Mark is great to work with and his prices are super reasonable. Could not recommend enough!

What can we say, a gift from above! Ran into a tranmission issue pulling our trailer headed to Idaho see our daughter. When no one else could pull through, a phone call to Mark saved the day. He had us taken care of and back on the road in no time at all! Thank you Lord for bringing this person into our path! Honest and helpfull.

Mark was very helpful. I just bought a new used vehicle and my transmission light came on. He was helpful from the get go, they were booked out two weeks ahead but he got me in that morning to scan it and diagnose the situation. Said he wouldn't want to see his wife stranded in the same situation. He wasnt able to personally fix it because they dont service isuzu although I know he would've been great to work with. He referred me to a bigger shop in reno and I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Thabk you for all the help .
