7-11 Car Wash

I recently visited the 7-Eleven drive-thru car wash, and I want to share my thoughts focusing solely on the wash experience itself. The first thing I noticed is that the machinery looks recently updated and performs quite well. The brushes, sprayers, and dryers all seemed to work smoothly, and my car came out looking clean and shiny with no streaks left behind. For the actual quality of the wash, I was pleasantly surprised it’s on par with or even better than other local automated washes in the area. That being said, what stood out to me was how heavily 7-Eleven is now pushing their subscription service. They call it Sparkle Pass, and it advertises one wash per day included with the monthly fee. It's been about a year since this car wash was upgraded and it does a good job. Lots of colorful blinking LEDs with the thundering brushes make it like a carnival ride. Expect to wait in line. Also has vacuum and air stations.

The car wash broke down multiple times while I was in the wash and each time I needed to wait at least 20 minutes for the guy from the shop to come and reset it and proceed to the next part meanwhile the telephone for the shop was on hold or busy and I wasn't even able to contact them so I spent more than one hour for a car wash which isn't even complete

I paid for the expensive wash and yet the car is still dirty!

This wash today was awful! For the basic wash, you get water and a little soap. No contact wash with brushes. Their prices and wash selections have apparently changed. I usually get the basic wash or next level wash which used the brushes. Now, you have to get the top or next selection from the top to get brushes. The basic includes drying feature, but didn’t dry my car. Last time going there.
