Worst experience I've had calling this place in the last 4 years of using them. When I tried to call for access to a part instead of honesty and transparency I was given a runaround of affiliated businesses that the gentleman was aware would never answer today. I own and run several businesses and have used these guys for a while such a shame whoever is answering the phones cannot simply admit simple information nor admit any wrongdoing on their behalf

I love this place. I needed to buy a used car for a lower price and this place helped me out to find me a very good car: an Altima 2015. In fact, I paid here way less than what other dealers were telling me to pay. The people here are great and very hospitable. They try to help you at every cost, no matter what. You could negotiate the price. I did not feel pressured to buy a vehicle even after having test drive like 5 vehicles. Would highly recommend this place.

I work as a car repair shop manager, and I called and asked if they had a specific rim. I was they did, but If I wanted it today I’d have to come take it off the car. I was fine with that. So I drive 25 mins, I get there and they can’t find the rims. After the fact I was told they had them. Not only that but the guy at the first desk with the goofy hair cut acted very nonchalant about the whole situation. Very unprofessional. Bad business.

Great people, great service. My 80 year old aunt called and got a part from this place. She didn't want to bother anyone with it so she called and this place provided her with great service. They brought the part and put it on and treated her with respect and didn't try and take advantage of her. I wished she would've told the family but glad she found a respectful place that did right by her

I'd highly recommend this junkyard for used OEM auto parts. The crew is friendly and cooperative, and the parts are available here at cheaper prices versus majority of the salvage yards in the Triad area. My experience at this place was 5-star plus; so, I'd encourage others to give them a try. I was surprised when I first discovered this place that such a huge used parts store could be situated in such a not-so-well-known area. Another good thing about 711 Used Parts is that they sell used cars too, whereas the prices, I believe, are quite reasonable.
