My vehicle broke down on I-190 on a late Saturday afternoon. While looking for a place to have it towed to, I found this shop was still open, and took it there for an emergency repair. They had a pretty good idea of what was wrong with it on the spot, and provided a reasonable estimate for the repairs. My car was completed a few days later and charges were right in line with the original estimate. All of my question were answered and concerns resolved directly. No high-pressure upsell tactics here, just an honest guy trying to help people out and make a living. Be patient when calling for an update, as the business owner is often in the shop working on vehicles himself and not sitting by the phone waiting for it to ring.

Honestly don't want to write a review about them because it means they'll be even busier! Fair/Competitive pricing for labor. Honest when extra work is needed (provided proof). They fixed what the other shop "fixed" three times before, and they only needed the car once. Only "complaint" is that they're super busy. But that means they're solid at what they do!

My son and I were on our way to Massachusetts from Chicago when our 2011 Volvo broke down. After replacing the Serpentine belt, we found out the problem was a broken alternator. Rick bent over backwards to repair the car and get us on our way. He literally saved us and the trip!
