Bought a 2016 Audi A3 Quattro from 72 auto sales for an AMAZING price. Chris was very up front with me telling me the car was brought in, and they didn't know what was wrong with it. A lot of the negative reviews on here are from people who didn't take the time to listen to Chris and realize they weren't getting a brand new pristine car for a ridiculously low price. I took the car knowing what i was getting into brought it straight to a dealership to get it diagnosed. Car needed a transmission (which i figured before i bought it) and Chris gave me some options to help me with getting a transmission and having his mechanic install it for a much better rate than any other shops out here. Lots of options on this car lot the seller is pretty much up front if you want to buy a car as is he pretty much tells you it's on you then because he can't guarantee it. Its a used vehicle that's why they offer warranties on everything they sell! dealt with them several times have had no issues. Even bought something as is Once from him and had an issue and they took care of it and only charged me the parts they Supply the labor for free

So I bought a car in May and I’ll take the blame for not realizing the car wasn’t even inspected. There was a lot of going back and forth bringing the car back as they promised to have the car inspected. After about a month I got the car back but only got a waiver inspection sticker. I sent the car to my mechanic and there’s another $1000 that’s needed to get the car in a decent shape for my child only to be told the car needs piston rings if not a new engine and all the parts that was in the car were the cheapest parts you can have on the car (spark plugs, cylinder rings) staff is nice but I think the owner blocked my number as he stopped responding to my messages. He promised to make it right and that he wouldn’t put me in an unsafe car but this whole experience has lead me to feel other

Buyers beware, I bought a 2010 Ford F-150 from this dealership. I took a loan out for this truck and put cash down. I get there and drive to the notary. Truck Acts up, the owner tells me it's cam phasers going. Turn the truck off and start it back up and the truck will be fine. He put cam shaft sensors in and he put new coil packs. I also told him the brakes were pulsating bad. He's had my truck twice and he did nothing. The truck did run good the second time I picked it up for about 40 minutes. I was in traffic and the truck spit and sputtered and shut off on me in traffic and the truck has shut off on me numerous times. I have told the owner of the dealership about this issue and also have said something else is wrong with the motor. I had enough and took it to a Ford dealership. Come to
