Brought my 2017 Ford Focus to 8 Mile Auto Center for a P0301 cylinder 1 misfire. The car wouldn’t go past 20 mph, and I was told it might be a couple hours before they could look at it. Hasan came in, asked if I’d been helped, looked at the code, and got my car checked within about 15 minutes. He clearly explained the issue, was very professional, and great with all the customers. The repair was completed in the time promised, the car was test driven, and all codes were cleared. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend this shop.

These guys have been taking care of my car for the past year and I’m never going to another shop again. This is the best shop I’ve ever been to or reasonable pricing and they treat you like family, especially after you’ve been here five times in a year. They always find the best value on parts. If you can beat the value and bring in the part, they’ll take it no questions asked. I’ve never been with all my car for longer than a week and that’s when they were REALLY busy & I was waiting on a part to arrive. Any other time I’m out the same day or the next day. I’ve been countless shops around Metro Detroit and they are the best. The work with various financing companies to get the most affordable payment plan if you can’t pay the full amount upfront

Had a vehicle towed here for a stall/no start. Paid extra for my tow which wasn't the issue. Was called almost immediately after my car was towed in to say pick it up. 💭🤔 Welp long story short I paid $250.00 for absolutely nothing at this shop. Took it to another shop where my starter was going out. 8 mile auto told me my car needed to be reprogrammed, the computer wasn't working. And maybe he wasn't talking about my car but his brain... But I haven't been back since. Yes I've left a review before when I thought their work was great and honest. HOWEVER that's not the case, I appreciate transparency so I can give the same.
