804 Auto Repair

The other day I took my car in to 804 auto repair. There was a metal on metal sound in a vibration when I use the brakes. I thought I had just an appointment to have it looked at. After looking at the car, they told me I would need new rotors and brake pads in the front. I was sure I was going to need to make a follow up appointment to have the work done because it was 3:30pm at that point. They told me they could do the work right then and there if I chose to wait, which I did. While the cost of replacing rotors and brake pads can be up there, I can only imagine what the price would’ve been. Had I taken it to my former dealership. A good friend of mine recommended this place and they did not fail to impress me. I was able to meet Aaron and he seemed very friendly and knowledgeable of all things auto related. They quickly serviced my vehicle and got it back to me in a very timely manner. From making the appointment to the technician keeping me involved and notified during the whole time my vehicle was there and the follow-up afterwards just shows how professional this company is. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there I know the place doesn't look like much but it's a top-notch organization. You won't be disappointed. Aaron was absolutely amazing! Had a minor issue with our family van and Aaron was able to get the van in quickly, diagnosis the issue, and get us back on the road same day. They were upfront, timely and kept us informed the entire time. Will defiantly be going back!!!

Called them on a Friday and explained the issue with my vehicle. Dropped it off on Monday with no rush on the repair as it’s not my daily and the repair was done Wednesday.
