Not very professional and a disregard for personal property. First, they said your truck will be done today or tomorrow. Tomorrow rolls up and no phone call. Then the bill was 200 more on top of an already high priced alignment. They did have to make changes, I don’t think 200 worth of changes. I paid and the guy had an issue with the credit card, I use the card daily all day. Then I gave him another card and he ripping sticker off the card that belongs to me. Then he yells at me! Ha! Then they threw the old tires on top of boxes in the back of my truck and crushed them, brand new stuff in box now crushed! Grease all over drivers door, not like oops one finger smudge like someone had a child working on the truck. I guess they don’t use

Jason is awesome from the phone conversation we had to how we interacted in person when I got to the shop! Very helpful and courteous and made sure to understand my situation fully before saying "no" which resulted in them getting me a new tire put on in probably less than 10mins! I was in an emergency situation for a tire and they came through when other shops were saying I'd have to wait days!!! Thank you!!

After multiple other auto shops didn't fix the problem with my truck and rather told me I needed a bunch of other completely unrelated work, I took my neighbors recommendation to take my truck to Mincz. They fixed the issue, confirmed that the work the other auto shop said I needed actually did not need done, and they picked up on another intermittent issue that had been going on with my truck for some time. They went above and beyond even after a extended ordeal with my finicky truck. Jason and the Mincz crew are knowledgeable, honest and professional. I appreciated that they communicated what was going on with my truck in detail and physically showed me the issues, instead of the usual "Your truck is ready." They will have my business for all my vehicles going forward.

Unparalleled skills and experience. I dog the hell outta my truck and it was time for new tires. Mincz mounted, balanced, and did an alignment and my truck drives like it’s brand new. If you’re looking to get wheels/tires/lift/alignment then this is the place to go. Absolutely worth every penny. 35x12.5x22, 6 inch lift, 2020 F150.
