907 Car Rental

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! We too were left stranded at the Anchorage airport. Our experience with this “fly by night” car rental company ( see pictures of business address) mirrors the BAD reviews given in the last few months. I suspect that whoever is running this company now is not the same people that were running it 6 months ago. It’s s now 3 weeks and we have no refund. I gave up talking with them after numerous attempts to get my money back. All I received is total disrespect from the individuals running this business (“ stop your bitching and complaining you cry baby”) and 10 more reasons why the refund had not been received yet. READ THIS BEFORE YOU RENT: I would give ZERO stars if I could. We reserved 5 months in advance and confirmed a week before, only to receive a phone call upon arrival at the Anchorage airport from Ali, the owner, that the previous renter failed to return the SUV we had paid in-full for, and that we would not have it until the next day. He promised a refund of the missed day. While we did receive a vehicle the next day, it came with a low tire pressure warning light, bad windshield wipers and only seated 6. We paid for a 7-seater vehicle. This happened July 29, 2025. It is now September 29th and we have yet to receive a refund for the missed rental day and the cost of 24 hours worth of Ubers for our large family. Emails and phone calls to Ali take DAYS to be returned. Each time he "forgets"

Had a great experience with 907 car rental. Me and my wife booked with them pretty last minute and we manage to get our car after we landed. Thank you for renting such a nice car to us. Me and my wife had a great honeymoon at Alaska :)

We booked from 907 rentals for our trip back in July. Originally, we had booked a RAV4 but upon arrival, we were told that the car was no good to go and thus, we were offered a Lexus - which was slightly more expensive and drove great. So, no problems, whatsoever. Our flight from Denver was also delayed by an hour, but these guys had no problem coordinating the vehicle pickup at midnight. The drop off was super easy as well. We were in a pinch as all other rentals were booked, and these guys saved our trip. I can understand the peace of mind that comes with renting from larger companies, but would certainly recommend these guys if you find yourself in a tough situation like ours.

Had a wonderful experience renting with them. We got a Toyota highlander hybrid which gave pretty solid mileage and was comfortable. Very easy pick and drop off at the airport. Even though our flight was delayed by 2 hours, they had no issues dropping off the car around 3 am. Would recommend!!
