DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. If I could leave negative reviews, I would. I came in for a check engine for an evap issue. First of all, the prices were absolutely outrageous but it was the only shop that could take me on short notice, probably because they aren’t getting enough business. The shop owner Hillary claimed to be an expert but couldn’t answer simple questions about repairs and kept referring to her employees. I paid $600 to repair a part that goes online for less than $200 and IT DIDNT FIX MY CHECK ENGINE. Then they quoted me for another repair, another $600. I was offered a free inspection which she later redacted. Everyone acted like diagnosing my vehicle again for free was a huge bonus for me, when that is standard care after paying $600 for nothing. Tim and Eric at 9th street were great. They replaced the transmission in our Chevy 1500 and got it back on the road within a week. They offered the best customer service and warranty on this rebuilt transmission. Thanks again

Brought my vehicle in to 9th Street Auto. What an amazing, locally owned shop. I had a transmission issue with my 2021 Yukon AT4. They got me in for an appointment right away and diagnosed my vehicle quickly. They ordered my parts and about a week later or so, they were able to get my car fixed. The process took a bit longer because of the warranty approval, but the team kept me updated the whole time and went above and beyond with their customer service. The quality of their work is top-notch, and my vehicle runs perfectly now. I brought my Subaru to 9th St Auto after a few other mechanics could not/would not figure out what was happening with it. The techs here were patient and thorough while looking for the issue and they found it! My car has never run better.
