So my car got stuck in a ditch in my yard and Chris was super helpful. He was friendly, got the job done and even went above and beyond and gave me some really great advice about the car. Would definitely recommend.

A huge thank to A-1Affordable Towing for their outstanding road assistance! I had a flat tire and was truly stuck, having called five other companies who all turned me down. This company was a lifesaver – they not only agreed to help, but the service was exceptional. The technician, Chris, was incredibly friendly, highly professional, and arrived much quicker than I expected. Fantastic experience from start to finish!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They lost my key to my car AND an employee with glasses arguing back and forth with me using profanity in-front of the owner as well. The owner did not do nothing about it I asked him if that’s how y’all treat the rest of your customers he said yes. don’t ever go here

They change payments at their convenience, the lot is unkempt with rusty barbed wire lying around and hanging from the entrance and exit gate on on the floor by the exit/entrance gate. My window was left down all night, a small deep scratch on my front bumper, they have unkempt feral cats. This place should not be trusted so if something unethical or suspicious happens at this establishment please report it to the BBB & local prosecutors' office.
