Dropped my diesel off after dealing with problems other shops couldn’t figure out. These guys diagnosed it fast and fixed it correctly without trying to upsell anything. Communication was solid the whole way, and the turnaround time was better than expected. They even sent photos of the work being done. The truck drives like new now. Had A-1 Auto & Diesel Repair install a 2inch leveling kit on my 21 F150. Not only were they the best price around they also had great customer service. Would recommend them to anyone I know and will definitely being using them more in the future for all my vehicle needs.

I brought my 2017 F-350 to this shop in June, and it was running when I dropped it off. Five months later, my truck was still not finished, and I ended up picking it up in pieces — engine torn apart, parts thrown in the bed, and no real progress made. They gave me nonstop excuses (wrong messages, workers having a baby, “done by October,” etc.). They also told me my injectors were rusted and sent pictures, but there was no proof those injectors were even from my engine. The truck ran when I brought it in. I have never experienced a mechanic shop to be like this. First off Terra took care of me the whole way. My vehicle had a warranty on in from when I purchased it at a dealership, that I paid a lot for. At first the warranty company was trying to deny coverage (go figure.) Terra and one of her mechanics were able to over turn warranty companies decision by sending them in proof of failure and explaining it properly. Something a lot of shops lack these days. If you have a 3rd party warranty they will do their best to make sure you don’t have to come out of pocket as that is the point of purchasing one of those.
