A-1 Auto Glass

I went in for a windshield replacement today and left disappointed. I’m giving one star only because the replacement was done quickly. When I got my car back and drove to work, I noticed major chips of paint missing (shown in the photos). I returned to the shop, and the employee said this “happens all the time with A-frame windshields” and that they usually paint over the damage—but forgot to do mine. This was never mentioned to me, and it doesn’t feel acceptable. He offered to repaint it, but the color didn’t match. I agreed because I didn’t know what else could be done, but my car now has permanent, noticeable paint damage that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I’m not a professional windshield replacer but to me, this isn’t right. I would not recommend this shop and won’t b

These guys did an awesome job on replacing my windshield! I also asked them to check out my passenger window for me to see what was wrong with it and they did. Plus they also added a few clips to help keep my side panel on my door! They were super helpful and very kind! Definitely would recommend going there!

A1 was very good with setting up an appointment and communicating with the times. Technicians were great with their job. The new glass is awesome. No more "double vision".
