Being an out-of-state car shopper, I needed a Pre-purchase Inspection completed for a vehicle I was looking at in Roseburg. Julie coordinated with me to schedule the appointment and was super nice on the phone. I had the dealership drop the vehicle off at the shop. Ian was able to test drive the vehicle and provide some insight on what he found during the inspection. Patriot Automotive is probably one the most genuine family run business in roseburg. They took on a fat job working on my truck I inherited from my dad. I was confusing in what I wanted done and yet they did it anyway and got the job done! My truck now runs great and I couldn't be happier! They are pretty straightforward and honest people!

Julie and Ian are fantastic! They’re both so incredibly kind, informative, and understanding people. As a woman, I tend to be very intimidated by mechanic shops-I don’t know much about cars and it shows. Both Julie and Ian were very easy to talk to and never once made me feel bad for not knowing much about my car. I also really love that they are a local business. I highly recommend them!
