A-1 Auto Repair

John worked on my Chevy Cruze which had been a nightmare project. He was very knowledgeable about the issues with this vehicle and motor. It required a lot of work to get it running dependably again. I was given an estimate up front and was advised that it may go up or down depending what was found. That was refreshing to see such honesty. He kept me informed and explained his reasoning for the work performed, again another rare attribute in a auto shop. In all the final cost was close to what I expected and found to be very reasonable. Would recommend A1 auto and John for any vehicle repair.

I had the pleasure of recently having my newly purchased Ram 1500 serviced at A1 Auto Repair. My fuel emissions system was having issues and after figuring this out, I called John and he got me in within 20 minutes. He figured out the issue within 15 minutes of arrival. To fix the issue, it required having parts shipped to his store. He received them the next day, and by that evening, he had everything fixed. It only took him an hour to do this. John is an extremely knowledgeable mechanic who has been doing this a long time. I will be going back to him with all of my future automotive needs, and so will my family. He’s excellent and would recommend him to anyone. 10/10 experience!

I stumbled across John a few years ago, needing repairs on my truck and he was able to get me in much quicker than anyone else. Upon my arrival at John's shop, I admit I wasn't impressed, the repair shop was small, but seemed well equipped, so I left my truck just thankful that I found someone available to help me. All of my concerns were for naught. John is genuine, helpful and knowledgeable concerning vehicles and the repairs necessary. John is no longer someone I can get service done quickly, he has become my go-to with vehicle maintenance. He has become my go-to for any needs I have with my vehicle. He has completely earned my trust!!! You won't be sorry taking your vehicle to John for service!!!

John has done a stellar job taking care of both of my vehicles. I have to have a turbo replaced in my truck and he got it done quick and affordable. The one thing I cannot stress enough is his integrity. Quoted me 2 hours labor for a repair, and was able to fix it in half the time and didn’t charge me the estimated time. I feel like finding a good mechanic with experience is somewhat difficult, but to know he won’t take advantage of you is something else altogether. I cannot recommend A-1 Auto Repair enough!

I always trust John with all my auto needs. He is very knowledgeable and reasonable. He is friendly, courteous and helpful. He will always tell you what you can wait with and what you can't so you can save up. He will NEVER make you pay for something you don't need.
