Gregerson Towing was amazing! I was able to talk with a real live person throughout my first call to the last. Lisa was kind, personable, and informative as I waited for the tow truck to arrive to help pull me out of a rural, snow-filled, gravel road ditch! Cotter, the driver, was helpful and efficient, working with his truck's metal equipment, in literally sub-zero weather! He took care to not damage my car as he handled the pull-out with skill and knowledge. I was impressed with this company from start to finish and would highly recommend them. Gregerson towing was able to come pick up my tool box on only a few hours notice. Brandon was the driver and he was quick and careful with loading and unloading and very professional. The dispatcher was very clear and courteous. Never using any other tow service in the future. Customer for life right here. 10/10. Can't recommend enough

We were on a family trip across the country and the transfer case went out of our Suburban. We were stranded at the rest area just outside of Rochester MN. Called Triple A and within two minutes received a phone call from Gregersons towing! An what great employees they have. Showed up rite away to get us to a repair facility, Austin was extremely knowledgeable with the equipment he was running and made sure everything was taken care of when we arrived! Would definitely enjoy using them again.

Excellent service, called my roadside assistance and they dispatched Gregorson, was told they would be there in 30-40 minutes which I thought was amazing on this bitter cold day when I knew they had to be busy. Then I got a call saying he would be here in 4 minutes!! Amazing! Got my car running and gave me Excellent advice on how to get a new battery in my car. I'm so sorry I forgot his name, he was a great help in a stressful time!!

I called AAA to come and check my battery on my vehicle and possibly have it towed and James came and put the battery charger thing on there and waited. Started the car. Let it run for a little bit and he was so helpful. Told me to pull it out into the street so they had an easier time towing. He was so kind and knowledgeable and such a gentleman and took care of me very well. I was just thrilled with him and your business. I will definitely use you again and I do have your business card.
