We had an original, verbal agreement to keep the wheels, (tires plus the rims, as we had just put brand new tires on the car, and purchased a newer model of the same car. It was also specified we wanted both tires AND rims.) They were to buy the rest of the totaled vehicle at essentially the rate for the towing, plus storage of the totaled vehicle. We were told we could pick the tires and rims, up on the weekend, which we called and attempted to pick up, but no one answered. Today, I called them to ask about picking up the tires and rims this weekend, since no one answered the phone beforehand. My ex husband worked there for many many years before he got ill & passed. They was all great guys. Always had what part u needed. Unfortunately I believe wrecker service is all they operate now.

They were friendly and looked thru everything they had to try but sadly they didn't have the part I was needing. I ended up finding a used 17 in rim for my Cruze in Piney Flats off the Industrial Highway. But none the less I guess I'm lucky I found a used one at half the cost. But if you're needing used parts I wish you luck.
