Long story short, Kenny and Fabian completely rescued me, not only with my car situation but a totally dangerous scam situation I found myself in involving a locksmithing company. I had my car brought to the lot and then there was a messy situation with a locksmith I called there. essentially I got scammed and these guys absolutely saved me from these sketchy men. Kenny and Fabian completely handled the situation for me!!!! This place towed my friends car and broke the break light in the process then charged. My buddy 75 dollars extra then what they said on the phone. When asked about the broken break light the guy who worked there told him to file a complaint and sue them if we didn’t like it lol this place is not professional. We get it vehicles get towed… it happens we had no problem paying the fee. The fact that it change when we got there was so unprofessional. Also no manager on site so the guy in the tow truck said if we didn’t like it he would just keep the car. lol place is a joke.

Predatory towing company. He signs contracts with places and allows 1 parking spot per unit. Guests have to pay to stay or get towed. Vehicles that are even registered get towed. Motorcycles parked together get towed. Then he takes them to the farthest lot away to charge more on the bill when there is a lot around the corner. Ive called and compared rates, he's almost double in price quadruple for bikes. Damage to vehicles with an unfair practice. Then makes you wait for over an hour to get your vehicle back. I let a friend borrow my motorcycle he had tge steering locked on it, they yanked it around and damaged the front wheel bearings towing it when it wasnt in the way for anyone RIGHT AT CHRISTMAS TOO what a gift, what a guy. Predatory practices. These people come in the middle of the night to steal people's vehicles from their private property because they have a contract with HOAs in the area. I don't even believe the contract could be legal based on how they conduct themselves. They don't knock. They trespass (HOA cannot grant permission for someone to enter your property). They bulk up the fees. And when they are confronted, they try to get you to pay them to release your car that's in your driveway. They are rude and the way they conduct themselves, it feels like they are doing something illegal. I mean, they operate in the middle of the night without even trying to knock on the door to notify the person who's car they are taking. The vehicle was picked up the very next morning, well within 24 hours, yet this company charged a $150 “administration/lien fee” that Pinellas County’s towing rate schedule does not allow. When contacted the night of the tow, the driver discouraged us from retrieving the vehicle the next day, which immediately raised concerns. We ignored that advice and picked it up the following morning anyway. When we challenged the $150 fee on the spot, the company refused to release the vehicle unless the fee was paid, leaving no practical choice but to pay it to retrieve the car. Base tow charges were consistent with county rates. The issue was the additional fee that should not have been charged at all. This was coercive and unfair. Proceed with caution.
