Had a tractor tire repaired in Marbke Falls for $120 and never held air. Found this place and brought the tire to the and they actually fixed and for half the price. The techs were awesome. Great place and people

A special shout out to Paula for her outstanding customer service and willingness to go the extra mile! She was so kind in working with me today to fix my tire and was very helpful to my Dad as he coordinated everything. I was home with a sick child and really needed my car fixed. My flat tire is like brand new and I couldn't be happier with the great service from A-1 Tire. You get my highest 5 star rating! Thank you!

I complained about the in town road service fee and was hung up on. When I called back to ask him why he ( the owner ) hung up on me. I called back to see why he hung up. I said it was high fee for being in town to which he said after hours I’ll charge 200. I said that doesn’t mean you have to be rude and hang up. He said I manage my phone how I want!! They went and fixed it 5-6 hours after call, fine. High fee, fine(I needed his service) Being an extremely rude unnecessary!! Will never go back! They way you treat people is important especially since you are the owner!!!

Never was even acknowledged and the tire tech up front walked right past me in the lobby. They have clearly posted, very rudely not to talk to their techs in bays at all and how they'll charge you for mistakes caused by this. Maybe if you acknowledged your customers when you walk right by them in your lobby then they wouldn't seek out your techs for help. Just a thought. Basic acknowledgement to someone standing right in front of you in your place of business is customer service 101, and plain common courtesy this small town business needs additional training.

What an awesome staff at A1. Our car was damaged while driving out of town and A1 was able to get us back on the road quickly. They did this while maintaining trust in the level of service and cost of service. Never did I feel like an "out of towner". The shop dogs were super kid friendly and made the visit even better.
