David was my Tow Truck Driver. He was very nice and our conversations were so good. It was a long ride back to town but David made the time go by fast. Excellent service!

Our car was 30 min from our house & we couldn't stay with the car. Black Sheep had our car picked up and home within an hour and half. Must say that was the quickest and easiest towing experience I've had.

I had to have my car towed today, and Jessie made a stressful situation so much easier. He arrived before the ETA, was incredibly professional, and went above and beyond to help. My car wouldn’t shift into neutral or reverse, so he spent nearly 45 minutes under the car on hot pavement just to make sure it could be safely loaded onto the tow truck. Despite the difficult conditions, he stayed kind, calm, and positive the entire time. His attitude helped me feel less overwhelmed, and he truly turned a negative experience into a much more manageable one. I’m so grateful for his patience and professionalism. Really great people. Needed a tow on a Saturday night, and they were there in 20 minutes. Fair price and great service. I hope I don't need a tow truck again, but if I do, I will definitely use them.
