A-1 TOWING SERVICE

My Subaru died about 5 miles south of the Alachua Exit - I called USAA and they dispatched Scott, from A-1 Towing. He called, asked for a pin and promptly sent a link to watch where he was. When he got to me- the first thing he did was make sure I was safe. He got me into the truck and off I-75. It was so busy- scary. He then loaded up my car, talked with me about my choice of garages to take it. After we off loaded the car he gave me a minute to grab a few more things and drove me to the hotel of my choice. I felt safe, validated and heard! 5⭐️ service. Thank you-

*Disclaimer no service was utilized this is strictly about the customer service and kindness I received* I was referred to A1 towing by BMW after locking my keys in the car and remote unlock not syncing to open the door. I spoke with co-owner Scott who was kind and compassionate and kept me informed on times. As I was in a dark but semi familiar area this was much needed reassurance during my time of need. He explained that he was coming from about 35 minutes away from my location but assured me that he would arrive as quickly as he was safely able. About 10 minutes after that conversation BMW was successfully able to remote unlock my doors, I was semi disappointed as I was happy to meet the kind man who was coming to my rescue. A-1 Towing did an awesome job. Arrived quickly, kept me posted on their ETA. Scott did a very careful and professional job winching my SUV onto the flatbed. He also called me after they delivered it to the dealership (even wrote a note to the mechanic to let them know the issue). They made a very stressful event a little easier to handle. Thanks again!

A1 towing was out to get me within 20-30 min my tire blew out I was stuck on the side of the road after work they were the only company that could be out there in 30 min or less. The driver took me and my car to my tire shop and he was super nice and helpful and I love how fast they got me and didn't make me sit on a busy road to wait to hours to a tow truck. My 2nd time using them great tow company

My F150 needed a tow to local shop, front brakes locking up after recent service there. Arrived quickly with a flat bed tow vehicle and easily winched my truck aboard, secured all properly on all four corners. Driver was courteous, professional and helpful. Good job and thanks for excellent service!
