I am so so very thankful and grateful for this new vehicle into my life, and might I say a nice upgrade from my 2016 AWD model. Everything from start to finish went smoothly. Begin speaking with Steven on Thursday, was in our new vehicle on Sat. He was very easy to work with and didn’t sell me any false hopes. He made it clear what he would be able to do and followed through on everything he said. We live out of state so he stayed after hours to give us time to make it into town. We cannot complain at all about our buyers experience.

Andres was very kind and helpful at A&A auto. I purchased a 2018 Dodge Journey Crossroad, 110,00 miles for $9,500. Very clean inside and out. As well as under the hood. Very few cosmetic problems. We test drove the car and they have the car's history. He even offered me something to drink while handling the paperwork. For a first time buyer he explained everything that I needed to know. Only took what I offered to put down, no extra hidden fees or extra for tags, title and etc. I would consider buying from there again. Very trustworthy.

Scheduled an appointment to look at a car. Although the appointment was apparently never seen , they were very accommodating and apologetic. We took the vehicle for a test drive with no pressure. Was informed about the vehicle. Shown all records. They were very informative about the vehicles we were interested in. We did end up purchasing one. The deal was smooth and easy. We traded our vehicle in and they gave us a reasonable offer on it being very explanatory as well. Not often do you go to a used car sales company that is as pleasant as this one. If I have need, I will definitely consider them again. Thank you.

Karim was very helpful. I emailed about a car listed online after hours and received a phone call from him the very next morning. Filled out a quick form and had an answer a few hours later, paperwork was relatively quick and I was on my way with a great little car. Would definitely recommend going to see them if you’re on a budget. I was excited to find a small economy car with low miles and a manual transmission that was in great shape inside and out!
