A A Truck & Trailer Repair

This individual, Jim, engaged in fraudulent practices. On January 8, I paid him $400 for a wheel seal job. However, he failed to adequately remove the excess oil, leaving me with a significant issue. The following day, I contacted him to address the abs sensor, which he had inadvertently knocked out of position. Despite the minor nature of the issue, he attempted to charge me an additional $300 for an unrelated service and falsely accused me of not paying him. On January 13, I provided him with photographic evidence demonstrating that my wheel seal was leaking once again. However, his response was emotional and unprofessional. I am currently at the Travel center dealership in GREENWOOD Louisiana, where the photographs you see now serve as a testament to his subpar work. Furthermore, he has

All these negative reviews are from hateful impatient people. Jim came out an saved my ass last night. ya I wasn't happy about the price but thats what it is a mobile maintenance company. That is very well ran might I add. The fact that this man has had 3 strokes an still comes out to do a service calls at midnight says alot about his caricature! An honest hard work human just like the rest of us. Treat em with respect an you'll get respect. Basically in a nutshell we all gotta make it somehow. If I could leave a 0 star I would. I had a customer that had a trailer wheel end catch fire. Called this company to go out and look at it as I am 5+ hrs away. After it took the "tech" 6 hrs to get the spindle off I was told I would have to pay an after hours parts fee and they did not accept credit cards. (which was not disclosed at beginning of call). At 7 p.m. at night " tech" decided he no longer wanted to do repair. After Driver had been sitting on side of road since 6 a.m. called another company out who chained the axle up to get Driver off the road and upon further inspection unit needs a spindle... Driver lost a day and I was charged $850 and unit was still not fixed.

We called these people, explained everything over the phone to them .. driveshaft fell and u-joints needed to re-install ... no help whatsoever .. told us to wait along the highway, where we almost got swiped several times because trucks don't move over, overnight and he'll come back tomorrow,,, because he wasn't even prepared for the repair ... should've just said no .. wasted more time waiting on him, and he didn't even fix anything .. but he sure was in a rush to get the bill paid.

Wife and I on a trip through Bossier check engine light came on started running very rough. Gentleman at the Pilot gas station give me Mr Jim's phone number. Long story short $320 later still broke because he did not do the repair as he stated he would. I would not recommend Mr Jim to repair any vehicle.
