This location has excellent service. They're very professional, fast nice, and attentive to the customer. I will be back... Their assistant manager Keyocha is very helpful and upbeat. She greets you with a huge smile and makes you feel at home everytime
Omg everyone helping me was EXCELLENT!!!! I know 0% about vehicles, and they all made me feel comfortable! Asst manager Key was sooooo helpful and knowledgeable! I was so impressed!!! Everything started with Mr. Calvin greeting me and making me feel comfortable! I never had to leave my car, and they checked EVERYTHING! There were 2 other gentlemen that helped out, but I didn’t get their names. Everything was worth it, and I was extremely pleased!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!!
Kelvin who is the new manager for the Valvolene location in Bossier City on Barksdale Blvd was very professional during my oil change. He further provided additional information on services available to the customer. That's what I call a wonderful experience. Great job Kelvin!
