Be Aware!!! Should be Negative 5 Stars as his work became a Safety Hazard in my house!!! Arsenio installed frameless glass shower door on Mar, 2022. He screwed the top hinge of a very heavy door just to the drywall. After about a month (we did not even use the shower), the screws got loose, the door became unbalanced, and the wall around the hinge started cracking. He came , said he did not know that the drywall would not hold it, offered to cut and reinforce the wall, (ie, ruin our just completely renovated master bathroom), or install a new door with new hinges that would be screwed to the tile as should be done from the beginning (dared to gave us a quote for that). Obviously, after his initial work, we did not want to deal with him anymore and asked to return our money. He refused it.

I would not recommend Sonny at AA Twin Glass. He was supposed to do a commercial job for us and was not reliable in his communication. He completely stopped answering our calls and messages. You can't be unreliable and expect to have a successful business.

I had my car broken into and needed a replacement window ASAP. Arsenial helped me out the same day. Thank you for the service when I needed it now. Very honest and ethical business, which is hard to come through these day. Very much would reccommend.

What excellent service, very reliable and so helpful to make me happy. I would definitely call on him every time.he made me complete and you can't get that from everyone.

Terrible. All we wanted was a mirror and they delivered and installed two defective mirrors in a row. They then ripped holes in the dry wall removing the mirror and never came back to fix it. I have a complaint filed with the BBB.
