Unprofessional and will ignore your multiple attempts to contact: My towed my bfs car from my apartment due to lack of guest permit, which he couldn’t get because they still had not accepted my application from a month prior despite my reaching out to them. They did not tow my car though. When I finally got a hold of them, they said the issue with my application was that I needed to change the name of the lease agreement upload I had attached? They did not even have a reason why, and when I asked what it needed to be changed to, they simply said “I’m not sure. It needs to be changed though”. The name was my apartment and lease agreement. DO NOT USE A&A Towing – ILLEGAL PRACTICES AND EXTREME UNPROFESSIONALISM! I had the absolute WORST experience with A&A Towing. They illegally towed my car, and when I called to get it back the same night, the woman on the phone put me on hold until 11:02 PM, only to then tell me that since it was past 11, they "couldn’t release it until tomorrow." That’s clearly just a tactic to make more money by holding your car for an extra day! So I go in the next day to pick up my car, and what do I find? They charged me for TWO DAYS of storage even though the towing was completely unjustified! As if that wasn’t bad enough, I discover they bent my door just to get inside the car. I parked my vehicle over the line closer the fence to move away from other cars. You can see the fence is taking up the space already. They towed me vehicle at 11:30 am and I picked it up at 12:30. Had to pay $250. I talked to the complex manager and he agreed I was not obstructing a available parking spot due to the fence. I wrote an email to dispute the issue and they still emailed me back saying the spot was available for use for another vehicle. It's obvious it's not. This place is BS. And they just want your money.

I was visiting a friend at their apartment complex. They registered my car and got me a visitors parking pass as they’ve done many times before. This is crazy I woke up in the middle of the night around 240am and wasn’t sure if my car was locked. I went outside, sat in the car and 30 SECS LATER THESE GUYs BACK UP TO MY CAR TO HOOK ME UP FOR TOW. until I laid on the horn. The guy quickly pulled out from underneath my car and drove off. I followed him and pulled up next to the driver and asked him why was he going to tow my car. I asked him 4x with now response. All I got was an emotionless dead stare back at me. One of their drivers tried to tow a registered car of mine, and it took me 30 minutes to explain to, and show him. During that time he had the car hooked up, when he attempted to drive away, the car fell off his tow arm, and he had to take multiple attempts to get it back on. At then end, after he let me show him my PROOF of the registration, he still had the audacity to demand $50 for the “drop fee” which he admitted he pocketed.
