I have purchased parts and tires here. Dena was the sales person that helped me and actually took the time to help me and the tires that I had originally had picked out was the wrong size. She actually found a matching set of 4. I was originally going to just get a set for the front and I actually ended up with a full set and she even directed to a tire place that installed them for me which I got a discount for, due to the purchase from A-Abco. Dena is definitely an asset to your company. She definitely is a 5+star for customer service. I almost forgot to mention that she also brought the tires out and put them in my car for me. Had a bad experience at first, bought a transmission with a hole in the side. But the owner contacted me and I believe will make it right. He was awesome to talk to, and helped resolve my experience here. Would recommend for used auto parts.

First time visiting this business. Feb 6th Before coming in, I called to confirm that a specific part listed online was in stock. The person I spoke with verified that they had it available. Based on that information, I drove to the store. When I arrived, I spoke with a staff member and explained that I had called ahead regarding the part. They verified my name and asked me to wait while they searched. After several minutes, I was told the part was not in stock. Another technician double-checked and confirmed that it was not available. I later emailed the manager to express my concerns about the inaccurate inventory information and the time it cost me, but I never received a response. This place gets worse every year... Been going here for years and its not getting better.. Selling Grade A parts that are missing paint and bent that they won't budge on price.. The card fee for a massive company like this is a scam. I bought two parts i need to receipt for and their system was down when i got them so they said they would email them and they never did... Called them and they said i have to go in to get them.. i live over an hour away and this place is just a waste of time with a bunch of rude people working. I got a new headlight housing for my son’s car. Works wonderfully. 2 days later, I picked up a new bumper & grille for him as well. They gave me a 25% discount & charged me zero for the grille. Wonderful customer service!
