I was stuck on the road for three hours because my car tire went flat. I had already used my own AAA four times, so I asked my brother to request help for me. He did, and AAA roadside assistance arrived. The technician asked for ID, so I showed mine. He said the name didn’t match and I explained that my brother made the request for me because my AAA limit was already used. But he insisted that my brother had to be physically present, even though I was the one with the broken car. He then refused to help me and left me outside in the cold with no assistance. I felt this was very unfair and lacked basic human empathy. I am not a racist person at all, but I truly felt that I was treated differently and unjustly in this situation. I wanted to share the amazing experience I had with my agent, Rashidah. I'm moving from another state to Massachusetts. Instead of rushing she spent almost an hour with me to find the best deal and did she ever. She also took the time to get everything ready for the registry.
