A & D Auto Repair

My breakdown/stranded story is something I won't bore you with, but the summary is that A&D is a wonderful little shop that quickly rescued me on a vacation in Ormond, fixing my car and getting me on with my travels at a fair price. Don't let Abdul's gruff exterior fool you, he's a kind hearted man that knows his business and cares about his customers. I'm from a very small farm town and lucky to have little shops at home like this, but was super surprised to find one tucked into an urban resort area.

Only can give 5 stars but 10 deserved. I’m a Canadain her on vacation and had my alternator go on my vehicle. His awesome wife gave us a drive back to our rental and he came and picked me up once completed. With the canadain dollar starting to resemble the Mexican peso, I found his price extremely fair, since I didn’t really have any options I was nervous but the same repair back home would have been the same price. I would definitely recommend A&D Auto to anybody but especially to out of towners Hope this never happens again while on vacation but glad to know I found such a great place. Thanks again for saving our vacation

Just called to see if they had a veteran mechanic from another shop working there to do business. Person on phone could hardly speak English and was very short tempered & rude as all get out. They lost any possible business with me being as there are some really good shops around me.

Highly recommend. Great experience. They replaced the rear differential cover on my Chevy Tahoe. Got me right in, fair price and fast service with no surprises. I would definitely recommend this shop

We had a great first experience with Abdul and A&D. He diagnosed our dash light issues quickly, had parts FedExed the next morning and had us back on the road the next day. Customer service was great and prices were very reasonable. A&D reminded me of the old mom n pop garages that are friendly and trustworthy. After a few years of living in FL I think we found our new local mechanic. Thanks A&D!
