A Discount Towing

This was a very frustrating experience. I called Saturday morning before opening hours and was told the business opened at 10:00 a.m. When I called back at 10:00, I was informed they actually opened at 10:30. At 10:30, Jonathan answered and said their computers were down and asked me to call back in 10 minutes. I called again and was told the computers were still down and to call back in another 10 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes, I called again, confirmed the total amount due for that day, and told him I would be coming in. This was now after 11:00 a.m. I arrived at 12:04 p.m., only to find the doors locked. When I called, Jonathan told me they had closed at 12:00. Terrible driver. Stopped completely over and beyond all pedestrian crossings. None of the seatbelts work including his, mine, or the kid's (he had a small child with no seatbelt) and he took the highway. USDOT 2533125, NM PRC # 53815. Terrible communication too. 2 stars because they did get my car where it had to go.

It was late evening and my sister got a flat tire. I google and this company and it pop up so I called. The receptionist was very friendly and told they had a truck and will be there in 20 mins. The driver was friendly and fast. Towed my sister car safely back home. Highly recommended this company!

Extremely expensive for a “discount” place. 100$ for the hookup and 70$ PER MILE. Duggars towing was much cheaper and not trying to prey on people in stressful situations.

When i went to retrieve items from my vehicle it was clear that it was ransacked and looked thru and to top it off a lot of my tools and other items were takin from what i understand is some security gaurd lives on the site I wonder 🤔 if said security guard that mysteriously lives on site most likely is the culprit not saying just saying
