Quite possibly the worst business I have ever dealt with. I’ve never written a Google review before, but the negligence, lack of communication, and incompetence here were so extreme that I feel obligated to warn others. I brought my car in after a minor accident to repair a few scratches. My insurance issued payment the first day they had my vehicle. Despite this, they claimed they hadn’t received the check and delayed starting work for two weeks — even though my insurance agent confirmed it had been cashed just days after it was sent. After finally beginning the repair, it took another two weeks to complete what should have been a simple job. A full month later, with virtually no communication, my car was finally ready for pickup. Our new 2026 vehicle got rear ended and the insurance company indicated they would fully pay for it, minus deductible, if we used AF Collision. I wanted to go with another business, but then I would be responsible for the difference between what the insurance would pay and what the business would charge. I saw that AF Collision had a 4.8 rating and I read many of the reviews. I decided to give them a chance. We just picked up the vehicle after a couple weeks in the shop and it looks like new. I’ve had multiple experiences with auto body shops over the years and AF Collision left a lot to be desired. The shop struggled finding parts that I was able to find with a quick google, and I ended up being the middle man between my insurance and the shop trying to get parts and repairs approved so the truck matched its original condition. At the end of the day they got it done and the work was comparable to anyone else but I won’t be going back in the future.

We got hit by another car and insurance offered 2 body shops to take the car for repair… AF collision was the closest to home and it had good reviews so we picked it. It took them couple of days to get a free slot to take our car so no complaints there as the car was drivable… Now the amazing part… once we got the appointment, the process was super smooth… they took pictures and let us know they’ll provide and estimate and ETA in couple of days once estimator could review it… after he completed the assessment, we got feedback couple times per week with progress, what we were waiting for o the current status of the repairs Once it was completed, we picked it up and I checked but couldn’t find where the impact was… it looks like brand new Thank you AF collision

I brought my car to AF Collision after being recommended to them by an acquaintance. They were fantastic to work with and got my car back to better than new. I wanted to make a few chances to it while repairs where under way and they made that super easy. Their paint work is phenomenal. Really impressed. I highly recommend them.
