A & J Auto

Totally ripped off everything I had in my car while I was sick and in the hospital. Was a few months back. I wouldn't leave anything there. "They're not responsible" for what they take of your belongings. Lol. Not that I would expect more from a shady towing company that works for the state. It's not a new story. We all know better. I knew when I couldn't get there right away what was gonna happen.

My car was at a particularly challenging angle and not only did the guys from A & J Auto tow it out no problem but they managed to make a panic-inducing situation seem a bit less terrifying, overall happy with my service from A & J Auto and would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a tow even if I am still flustered over the circumstances that required me to need them! 5 stars!

On May 22 2025 I had a great experience with A & J towing. My 2018 suburu forester became disabled due to something wrong with the transmission. I called A & J and they answered on the first ring. Their tow truck was at my house in less than an hour. The employee was very professional and courteous, super nice guy. He took me and my car right to the repair shop and dropped me off, very promptly. I would definitely call A & J towing again if I needed another tow.

I called AAA this morning because my truck needed a jump start from a vehicle, not a jump pack, which I explained before A & J Auto came out. The reason a jump pack won't work is due to a faulty fuel relay switch, which is a common problem with Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep vehicles. The guy A & J sent out insisted on using the jump pack, which didn't work, just as I'd told him it wouldn't, and said he couldn't simply use the brand new jumper cables I have. Instead, he suggested charging me money for a tow where they could then charge more money, despite never having heard of this common problem, meaning these guys are incapable of solving the problem. Called A&J after a breakdown in a pinch after my own insurance's roadside service left me hanging. Pete got to me in less than 30 min and was a terrific guy - friendly, professional, and understanding. Now I know to call A&J first, next time.
