Let's be honest, NAPA just couldn't stay open for 5 minutes, counter person I leaving in two minutes $3oo.oo O'Reilly had my parts that I needed, so they did great by me.

First time shopping there and I can say they were all very professional and willing to help install my wiper blades for me even though it was raining outside, overall experience 10/10 would recommend and visit again

Was looking for a tail light bulb that turned out to be difficult to find. Both young men persisted till they found the correct bulb. So happy they stuck with it. Thanks! 1/9/25 @ 11:00 AM

They have the best customer service. I am have never been disappointed when I have visited this store. Joe helped me the change my headlight bulb out. I didn't even ask, just asked if it was difficult to change out. He said we can do it for you and did right away! I am most grateful because it would have been difficult for me!! He went way above and beyond! Thank you Joe

Went there the other day to get my daughter a car battery. We had never been there before. The employees all greeted us and were very helpful. We were cashed out by the assistant manager. She was very nice and informative. Great customer service. O’Reilly’s will get our business from now on.
