I went to A & L Auto Repair for an oil change and had a great experience. I brought my own synthetic oil and air filter since I’m particular about what goes into my car, and they were completely fine with that. They were very honest and upfront. I was only charged for labor and oil disposal, no upselling or unnecessary add-ons. The whole process was fast and easy. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. If you’re looking for a straightforward, no-nonsense shop in Reno that respects your preferences and time, I’d definitely recommend them.

Great place to get your general maintained done! Carlos is a great and honest person. I had to get new brake pads on my CTS-V and my rotors turned & they did it no problem! I have 6 Piston Brembo Rotors and these guys did the job with no problem! All these other shops gave me a wack excuse on why they couldn’t do my brakes, but these guys got it done!! Highly recommend there services!!

These mechanics have the worst customer service I have had to deal with! Carlos is unprofessional, unorganized, rude, and incompetent. He over charges for work that didn't need to be done and not willing to take responsibility for when parts or work fails! If you are thinking of taking your car here I would highly recommend to pay a little more for a better place and mechanic!
