I went in with AC issues for my truck. They were able to quickly identify what the issue was and fortunately had the part on hand. I asked how long it would take and let them know I have children to pick up from daycare. They accounted for that and got me in and out pretty quick. Within two hours my AC was diagnosed, repaired, and recharged to the point where my oldest asked me to turn down the AC because she was getting too cold.

I just want to say the best service ever quick and easy and very welcoming environment. Will do business with them again. MOST DEFINITELY!!!!!

The only honest and good mechanic shop around. They actually cared about my well being when they saw me get extorted by my towing company and gave me a ride to the auto parts store located nearby. I hope they stay strong because I'll only go to them when I have car troubles.

This is the only auto shop I will go to and trust with my car! They are very reasonable with their prices and will really take care of you! My husband and I refuse to go anywhere else.

Mr. Muhhammd is the best Auto Mechanic in Norfolk! He's very fair and doesnt rip you off as most in my experience as being a women with a vehicle. Always gets the job done! Referred to him by Mother n law and had to refer other he's just that good.
