In response to your reply. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect you fix a problem for 2k, and not just clear codes. Even though I told you the autozone code, I paid you a separate 150 diagnostic fee that was not applied to the work done, and 2k later I still have the exact pro lem regardless of code. What exactly are you standing behind as good work

I highly recommend this mechanic shop. They’re incredibly diligent and take the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue without rushing. Their prices are very reasonable, and they always get things done in a timely manner. What really stands out is how they treat you like family — making you feel welcome and valued no matter what. Trustworthy, skilled, and genuine service every time. I’m more appreciative of every worker in this shop than anything.

I brought my car in, they charged me $2100 to fix it. 2 weeks later I was having the EXACT same problem, so I brought it back. Although it was the same problem; they said it was a different code, and it would cost another $1500 to fix. Obviously, I didnt pay that, so now I have to go somewhere else to get my car fixed after being $2100 down. And have to go through the court system just for giving them business. So be careful

I know this repair shop for 7 years; they are honest and hard working people. Fixed my Rx330 very good. Highly recommend them.

I absolutely love this place. I mean, who really loves having to get their vehicle fixed? Nobody. But I have had nothing but great experiences here. It’s super hard finding someone to work on Volvo’s for a decent price. This places offers very reasonable prices for their labor and parts. The lady at the front desk is super friendly and considerate. They communicate well about issues regarding your car and prices up front. I will be recommending them to anyone looking for a mechanic.
