A-MAX Auto Insurance

Don't pay through amax they are a 3rd party and will rob you they sent me a text stating my payment amount is 101.50 but amax charged my credit card 187.00 and will not refund me. And Deanna the manager at South First is rude and unprofessional. If you're going to make a payment go directly to the insurance company such as venture or whatever other companies they represent A-MAX is merely a third party and will rob you

My Vist was amazing the lady here helped very well and gave us a discount with a code. Me and Mt wife got the insurance for 210.00 and worked very well.

Very poor customer service. The ladie at the desk has no grace at all, she never smiles or greets you at any time. Very slow in responding any question and doesn’t inform you enough of options. The company has to train their employees about good customer service.

Called and got car insurance. Paid a few hundred dollars in deposit and fees to start a car insurance policy. They emailed me my new insurance info and told me my next payment would be due on the 15th. When I tried to pay today their website said I don't have a current policy with them. So I called for assistance with making my payment and they said they canceled my policy on the 10th but said they couldn't give me a reason why. They also said they couldn't give me my money back, but that they could have me apply and pay for more car insurance with them all over again. So they basically robbed me.

Some of this office ive been to need more friendly welcoming employees , their rude the places are dirty the ventilation in this places are so bad the air vent units are black they got mold on some of them. Aside they are not very helpful woth the clientel , they lack manners chewing gum while talking eith a client. They're one their cellphone making personal calls instead of attending a client & making money for their employer. Especially now with he pandemic they dont sanitize the atea when i client leaves nor do they sanitize the pens they hand you the same pen they using instead of handing you one am asking you to keep it like they do in other public places.
