A & N TOWING SERVICES

Had my car towed with this company twice and im very satisfied with the services. They are highly recommended, communication was smooth all throughout.

I've had a number of instances where I needed a Tow Truck or roadside assistance. Some good and some really bad. My truck decided it was time to not start while at a store. Starter went bad and I needed it towed to get repaired. I call A&N and was greeted almost immediately. After discussing locating and the type of vehicle I was given a very reasonable price. They arrived within 15 minutes which is the quickest I've ever experienced. The driver hooked me up and we were on our way. He was nice and helpful. Overall a very good experience under the circumstances. I would highly recommend these guys for your towing needs.

I wish I could give a 0 but that’s not an option. I would never recommend this place to anyone! This is a Horrible towing service & nasty & heartless people who work there .They came after 2 hrs of me waiting & the guy who answered the phone kept lying on the phone to me about the time they were coming when my car broke down. He finally came after almost 2 hrs with no jumper cables to charge my battery when I said on the phone it’s probably the battery & he refused to tow my car & left minutes after he got there. He did absolutely nothing to help me & left . His boss was extremely rude on the phone to me & my brother & the guy who came in the tow truck could care less having my car towed to the dealership. We broke down on Sunken Meadow parkway at 10 at night. Not all tow trucks are allowed on the parkway. They are. The price was fair and most important they said they would be there in 30 minutes and actually showed up on time.

They did come pick up the car quick and get it to the destination in a quick matter which I did appreciate ’ my problem was the driver wasn’t the best worker taking the car down .If it wasn’t for the hook he had stuck on the bottom of my car for a hour tryna take it off the car would’ve rolled into on coming traffic the reckless way he realeased it off the ramp . And was very non-chalant and said that wasn’t his fault . Then whose was it ? That was not cool .
