Muffler Man

What a great experience. I brought my 2002 Volkswagon with a check engine light on (bad catalytic converter). The car was fixed in a couple of days and the charge was a fraction of what a dealer would charge. I would highly recommend the Muffle Man. They are quick, friendly and fairly priced.

Called this place because we saw it had great reviews. We called when we got there. Brian told us to wait outside & someone will come out to us. We sat for about 40 mins, 19 degrees outside. Called again & this time a woman answered with an attitude. We were told “when he’s done”. No professionalism. Just left us outside didn’t come out to acknowledge us or anything like he said someone would. No matter how great your work is, always have professionalism. That can ruin businesses.

The owner George, really nice guy. Honest, great work an all-around good experience. Definitely would recommend.

After an hour plus wait past my scheduled appointment at United Exhaust Shop for a resonator install, I decided to look for other shops nearby. I found Muffler Man which was only a ten minute drive and decided to head there. They took my car within five minutes of pulling up and had the resonator installed on my GR Corolla within twenty minutes. Could not recommend this shop more. Thanks again!
