A One Auto Repair Shop

Needed a new CV axel and sway bar links and told them what to change when dropping off. After dropping they called and claimed it was the front struts and changed those instead. Struts were fine and of course the same noise remained. Refused to give me a refund or put the old struts back in without wanting to charge me again. Had to bring elsewhere and have the CV changed and of course that solved the noise issue.

My son was traveling to Montreal on New Years Day. He had trouble with his car around Plattsburgh. A One was able to find the problem, repair it and get him on his way safely. Thank you!

Mohammad saved the day when we got a flat on a Sunday when no tire shops are open. Patched up the tire and got us back on the road quickly. Thank you for taking time out to help us!

only place open on a sunday within 100 miles. Saved us a very disappointing trip to the adirondacks by fixing our breaks immediately. Mo is great at what he does.

I only give this 2* because they were the only ones to put in parts that I ordered. after that kept my car for several days without letting me know, I had to call everyday. Then when I got it the tires were soo far out of alignment I was squealing, didn't even have to use brakes to stop and leaving tire marks all over the road. They gave me my car back not safe to drive. Then I finally get it aligned and nearly smash into another car at della Subaru because all of a sudden now I barely have brakes. Called him and told him that they messed something up. He said he would look at today for me and it sat there for 8 hours and he never looked at it. Didn't even get in the car at all. If you value your sanity do not go to this place!! Gets very irritated if you call to check on your car even tho
