A One Mechanic Service

My daughter brought her vehicle to A-1 Mechanic Service in June 2025 for auto repairs, including the A/C system. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. After the first repair, the A/C and mirrors weren’t working, so we returned the van for additional repairs. Even after a second visit, the A/C still didn’t work, and the van was driving roughly, which it was not doing before. We were later informed by the mechanic that an uncertified person (the mechanic’s son) worked on her vehicle, despite being charged for certified HVAC service. We were also told that parts were purchased with a lifetime warranty, but when we followed up with the auto parts store, they could not find a record of those purchases. Today started as a great day to go see my family and thus started on the road for a 5 hour drive with my dog. Shortly into the drive, my car absolutely stopped working and I was in panic mode as TX heat is in the triple digits and I was in a car with no ac...My insurance (will remain nameless...for now...) was called at 1:58pm and they recommended A One Mechanics for me to take my car. A tow through my insurance was expected in about an hour...text messages from the tow provider then said they needed a new provider....another HOUR for a tow...I called insurance AGAIN, tow promised in a half hour...And this pattern continued for a few hours....A One Mechanic was approaching closing time and still no tow and my dog and I were beginning to feel the heat...I called surrounding mechanics for he

I hope I can give more than 5 stars. It is hard to find a reliable mechanic in town, and Jacob is definitely a person you can trust. Price is reasonable (around 60% lower than other big auto repair shops, pueblo as one and they would not allow you to bargain the price); Service is great!!!!!! (He took time to find where the real problem is) Just could not recommend more.

Jacob was great stop st 9 30 and took a look at my truck and find the problem quickly spark cable had came off. Didn't charge a dime. Life saver. Thanks
