Urgently needed a new tire on our 5th wheel while traveling. He had the tire we needed and took care of it right away. Very kind and couteous.

This place saved my day! My friend and I were traveling from SPI to Houston and noticed a scraping sound when we hit a dip. Pulled in the Valero, and my skid guard is missing two bolts and dragging. We saw the shop and took a chance that they could help. A very kind young man came out and zip tied it up for us… we made the drive home with no further issues, and no stress from a flapping plate. I cannot thank you enough for helping us out! We had no other alternatives and we just really appreciate the kindness. ☺️

The person who answered the phone said he couldn’t change our flat tire today (a Saturday!) and hung up on me!!! He didn’t even give us the name of someone who could help! Very rude! Luckily, we called Anderson Tire and he came in under 5 minutes!! Super nice. I suggest anybody reading this to please use ANDERSON!!! All I have to say is: Karma is a bit$h!!!

Had a blowout on my way back from SPI, limped an hour down US-77 to this place which was the nearest tire shop, staff hung up on me when I called the first time, called back and spoke with someone who said he was off that day even though it's the number listed on Google and gave me a second number to call. That guy told me he could help if I got in before lunch at noon, pulled up at 11:45 and the guy was already gone. Ended up driving another hour north to a better shop. You'd think these guys make a lot of their money on stuff like this, but zero help, zero customer service, rude on the phone and waste of time.
