If I could give them a 6/5 I would. On a Friday afternoon within couple of hours of closing, our SUV started making a loud squeaky noise from under the hood. We quickly learned that we should not drive the car at all. We were on Jekyll Island and were trying to drive back home to NC and with auto shops closing within hours for the weekend we were running out of time to see who could help us. We found Eric. Eric was incredible. Not only did he arrange us to be picked up, he immediately ordered the parts based on my description of what I hear and see under the hood. As soon the car was towed in, he found and replaced the broken pulley and the belt was running again, installed it in our car within record time. I can’t say enough good things about Eric and the team at A-1. He’s helped me with many car issues and is an honest guy. I have two older cars and he normally finds good parts fast and communicates about the problems.

The worst service ever they didn’t even fix the problem. Had my truck for two weeks and didn’t even fix what I paid and will never deal with them again. had to take my truck to another company found out that A1 performance Eric switched out the stall. It was gonna try to charge me for my own original stall. I have all the evidence that I need. I’m gonna file a lawsuit against y’all.you just do people like that I have all my evidence and proof y’all better be ready cause I’m coming full force.
