We broke down on the interstate with our RV. Called Walt and he promptly came out to help us. Towed us back to Sheridan and we were able to leave the RV on his lot. We returned to the shop in the morning and he spent a couple of hours trying to find a mechanic who could get us on the road again! By far the best towing experience we have ever had! Walt was absolutely so helpful, so friendly and so willing to help us! Thank you Walt!! If we ever break down again, we hope it's close to Sheridan!! The very best!!

Called to ask for an abandoned vehicle to be towed off of private property and would explained that we would pay for the bill out of pocket, but needed it removed. He asked if we had the title and said he wouldn't take it without a title. I started to tell him that we had the sheriff's out to help with this as well and he interrupted me and said "let them deal with it then". Would honestly give a negative amount of stars for this company if possible. If he didn't have room he could have just stated that but his hostile demeanor on the phone is extremely unnecessary and gives off the idea that he doesn't want or is too good for your business. I suggest going somewhere else.

Our insurance agency contacted them for us to provide us with roadside assistance and it was surprisingly smooth and easy. They were very professional on the phone and in person. We were thrilled when they showed up 45 minutes before the scheduled ETA, which was amazing because it was really hot out and we were completely stranded on the interstate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle towed and would use them again.
